Gawd, I can’t tell you how hard it is for me to part with my books. Even books that I didn’t like, I want to keep. I love having a large home library.

But I also think there is a certain injustice to having good books sitting on a shelf when others could be enjoying them. So, here I am, participating in the Read It Then Pass Program created by Steph at Paper Cut Reviews and Chas at Lovin’ & Livin’ Life Reviews!

This month, I have three books to giveaway! Check it:

Drought by Pam Bachorz
Gently read ARC, signed by author

Ruby Prosser dreams of escaping the Congregation and the early-nineteenth century lifestyle that’s been practiced since the community was first enslaved.

She plots to escape the vicious Darwin West, his cruel Overseers, and the daily struggle to gather the life-prolonging Water that keeps the Congregants alive and gives Darwin his wealth and power. But if Ruby leaves, the Congregation will die without the secret ingredient that makes the Water special: her blood.

So she stays.

But when Ruby meets Ford, the new Overseer who seems barely older than herself, her desire for freedom is too strong. He’s sympathetic, irresistible, forbidden—and her only access to the modern world. Escape with Ford would be so simple, but can Ruby risk the terrible price, dooming the only world she’s ever known?

If I Stay by Gayle Forman
Gently read paperback! My FAVORITE READ last year.

In a single moment, everything changes. Seventeen-year-old Mia has no memory of the accident; she can only recall riding along the snow-wet Oregon road with her family. Then, in a blink, she finds herself watching as her own damaged body is taken from the wreck…

A sophisticated, layered, and heartachingly beautiful story about the power of family and friends, the choices we all make—and the ultimate choice Mia commands.

Wintergirls by Laurie Halse Anderson
Gently read paperback

Lia and Cassie were best friends, wintergirls frozen in matchstick bodies. But now Cassie is dead. Lia’s mother is busy saving other people’s lives. Her father is away on business. Her step-mother is clueless. And the voice inside Lia’s head keeps telling her to remain in control, stay strong, lose more, weigh less. If she keeps on going this way—thin, thinner, thinnest—maybe she’ll disappear altogether.

In her most emotionally wrenching, lyrically written book since the National Book Award finalist Speak, best-selling author Laurie Halse Anderson explores one girl’s chilling descent into the all-consuming vortex of anorexia.

I am absolutely amazed by those who are participating in this challenge (I personally could never do it, I like seeing all my books on my shelves.)

I give away a lot of my books since i rarely crack the spine. :) If they aren't in pristine condition, I'll say so. However… WHA???? Giving away If I Stay??? You have it on the kindle, huh? ;)

Congrats to the winners!

It's so generous of you to pass on your books. I am a book hoarder. It would pain me to give any of my books away :D

I totally understand! It is SO hard for me to even let someone borrow one of my books.
