My Book Boyfriend (9): Cal
It still kind of baffles me that my most viewed post ever is one I did almost a year ago on Hex Hall’s Archer Cross!! Yeah, I know… it’s ARCHER, so I really shouldn’t be surprised. Well, now that I’ve got my hands on Demonglass
Meet Alexander Callahan:
- 19 years old
- dark blond hair
- hazel eyes
- works as Hecate Hall’s groundskeeper
- betrothed to Sophie (lucky B*)
- strong and silent type, doesn’t show much emotion
- looks more like an all-American high school quarter-back than a warlock
- was offered a position as the Council’s chief bodyguard but turned it down when he heard that Sophie was going to be at Hecate *le swoon*
“Let me guess. You’re joining the legions of people who think it’s a bad idea for me to go through the Removal.”
To my surprise, I saw that angry look cross Cal’s face again. “You say it like everyone is against the idea just to be jerks. But Mrs. Casnoff, your parents, me…can you blame any of us for not wanting you to die?“
I have to be honest and say that Cal didn’t make much of an impression on me in Hex Hall

Wow! loved your post It's funny i just finished reading Hex Hall Yesterday and loved it and i was thinking of doing a my boyfriend blog but I'm still deciding who he is lol. I'm hoping to read the next installment of hex hall soon. I was hoping Cal was some one important so I'm happy yay! can't wait

I'm still waiting for my copy of Demonglass to arrive but it sounds like there's more of Cal in the second book. Since there wasn't much of him in Hex Hall, I'm still in love with Archer

I haven't read Demonglass yet (damn you inter-library loan! *shakes little fist*) so I only skimmed here but all I can say is Archer who???
Bring on the haters, because I never liked Archer. It's been Cal all the way! That's why I should get him. Our love is pure and untainted by Archer
