In My Mailbox (25)

In My Mailbox is a weekly meme hosted by The Story Siren.

For Review:

Awaken by Katie Kacvinsky
Pride and Prejudice and Zombies: Dreadfully Ever After (Quirk Classics) by Steve Hockensmith

Won from Sinfully Tasty Reads

Lord Of Thieves by Ingela Hyatt

Won from Tina’s Book Reviews

by Heather Wardell:
Life, Love, and a Polar Bear Tattoo
Go Small or Go Home
Planning to Live
Seven Exes Are Eight Too Many
Stir Until Thoroughly Confused

I’m especially excited about winning all these Wardell books because I’ve had them on my radar for a long time now. *squee*

Purchased:

Class Collision: Fall From Grace by Annette Mackey

I haven’t read this book yet, but I have it on good authority that if you buy it for your Kindle, it will be the best .99 cents you’ll ever spend!

Annnnnnd, I downloaded a ton of Free Kindle ebooks from Amazon. Way more than I need. *sobs* I know, I suck for being unable to control my book hoarding.

So what did you get? Please link me and share the love.

Happy Reading y’all!

Stir Until Thoroughly Confused looks cute. I love books that have food and romance :-)
I am weak when it comes to the Kindle freebie too. I don't think I'll ever get to them all but at least I didn't waste any money!

You mean you didn't go to smashwords to get the discount books? You know you have today… Not all of the authors there are independents. *evil laugh*

Okay, hurry up and read them. I wanna know what you think!

I read “Awaken”; it was slow in places but the author set up a really interesting world that was fun to be a part of while the book lasted.

Go you and all your wins! I have no self-control when it comes to getting free e-books. But, come on now, they're free and they don't take up any physical space….so really there's nothing wrong with hoarding them, right? :)

I haven't read any of Steve Hockensmith's classics-turned-zombies books yet, but I have read the first book in his western Sherlock Holmes series and it was hilarious. Hopefully his other books are as funny!
