Reader’s Choice Awards hosted by Mindful Musings
In case you took a trip to the moon and hadn’t heard, Natalie from Mindful Musings is hosting the Reader’s Choice Awards 2010.
I really can’t imagine the sheer amount of work and dedication it would take to pull something like this off. So, let’s all take a moment to bow down to Natalie!
The most incredible thing about all of this is that my little blog has been nominated for Best Blog 2010. Say What?! I seriously feel like a complete odd ball in the Best Blog category.
To say that I’m tickled pink would be putting it lightly. In fact, to celebrate, my best bud, Barney Stinson, and I took all our friends to a strip club, in a fleet of limos no less. Our friends kind of went crazy when we told them how we planned to celebrate. Check it out:

Wow, that's great! Know what you mean about not expecting the nomination. I mean, I wasn't expecting to be named as one of the “2011 Top Ten Latinos to watch,” but it happened, and I'm stoked!

Grats Missie! I went over there and voted in most of the categories. The Blog category has another vote in your favor.
(BTW, saw that you have Meljean Brooks The Iron Duke on your TBR pile. I'm about 75% through it, and HOLY CRAP, this book is good. Unless something goes horribly wrong in the last 1/4, there's a squee-filled five-star review coming its way on Goodreads, lol.)
